Erroneous Final Bill Cycle After June 7 Cancellation - Phone Support Error

Subject: Erroneous Final Bill Cycle After June 7 Cancellation - Phone Support Error
Hello,
I am seeking help from an official Digital Care Team member to manually zero out an incorrect final bill balance on my closed account.
My phone number is now tied to an active prepaid Xfinity NOW account, which means the automated 1-800 phone tree continuously hangs up on me when I try to reach regular support agents.
Account Timeline:
  • June 5, 2026: Paid my full regular bill of $125.28 (covering service through June 13).
  • June 7, 2026: Formally cancelled all services.
  • July 7, 2026: Returned all equipment.
  • September 21, 2026: Phone support officially confirmed the equipment return was successfully received in your system.
The Issue:
I received an erroneous bill charging me for the service cycle of June 14, 2026 – July 13, 2026. I had no active service during this time, and the account was closed. Because this invalid balance has triggered third-party collection contacts, I need an agent to manually adjust this balance to $0.00 and recall the debt from collections.
Please send me a private direct message so I can securely provide my old account details and name. Thank you.
