@user_wtc0op Thanks for adding to the community. Fees for equipment can happen if they're not registered by the time the final statement goes out. As long as they are returned, they do get registered by our warehouses within a few weeks, and that removes the fee automatically. You can expect an updated statement one or two billing cycles after it is returned. If it hasn't been returned, follow the steps here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/returning-your-equipment.
