Equipment return
They won't let you return equipment so they can stop charging you for their services. They don't charge you for canceling, but will ask for full payment of the whole cameras and modem right away. Like why we can't return it so we don't keep getting charged and you can use it for someone else who rent it off you. Worst service with these guys too because after a power outage the modem completely didn't work.

Hello @user_5bwrpe, Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your day to leave a post on our community forum. We do have many ways for you to return your equipment to us that you were renting. Check out How to return your Xfinity equipment for more information. Also, keep in mind that Xfinity Home equipment is different as you're on payment plans for that equipment as it will be yours at the end of the payment agreement. If your renting any Xfinity Home Equipment from us like the touch screen you can return that as well.
