Equipment Return Post-Cancellation

I keep getting reminders to return equipment since my xfinity cancellation, and they state I have a cable box and cable equipment, but I never had nor used those. You can see from my account I only ever signed up for the internet, and I had my own modem and wifi router. I'm unsure what cable box they are referring to and I really don't want to be charged for something I do not have. I can be reached at my email on file [edit: personal information]

Thanks in advance for any clarity you can provide. (p.s. your agent who handled the cancellation was a GEM and honestly you should hire more of him/give him a raise because if I had not already literally shifted my service, he might have upsold me into staying.)

Hello, @user_73jfrb thank you for taking time to reach out over Xfinity Forum. I completely understand wanting to stop receiving communications for the equipment return, and want to invesitgate further. From experience, I've seen a streaming box that was originally referred to as Flex and moved to Xumo being the main culprit for these communications. The box would be the Arris Xi6 pictuted in this article: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/x1-hub-vs-companion-box

- Did you ever receive a Flex/Xumo box at any point?

@XfinityJustinC No, I did not. And I specifically told them I was not interested in the offer, since we were only using xfinity for internet, had no method by which to need a "tivo" style device, and our streaming was already done through a Roku that we were very happy with.
