Equipment refund not received

Hello, I returned equipment and did not receive a credit on my last bill. Do you know when I will be refunded? Thanks for your help

@user_yt0u2x Thank you again so much for being with Xfinity and for taking the time to allow me to assist you today with the equipment and charges on the account. After review I was able to make the needed account corrections to apply the credit for the device and remove the charge to ensure there will not be any additional issues. It was a pleasure to work with you and if there's anything you need in the furture please don't hesitate to make a new post and we will help out!
Have an amazing weekend!

Hello @user_yt0u2x it truly depends on the situation. Did you close the account and is there an expected refund after returning the equipment?

The account is still open. I just returned the TV box and remote and was told the charge would be removed upon return.
