Enrolled in Payment plan
Yet my bill is not changed now showing I owed double what I was supposed to and still saying my installment plan is being installed.
Your installment plan is being set up and will be added to your monthly bill
This will take 1-3 days. Until then, you’ll continue to see your past due balance, and no changes can be made to your service. Learn more about this plan
Which it has been 2 weeks now, I keep getting late payment and shut off notices and the bill was only supposed to add 34 a month not double what I owed...... I need this fixed or I am making a BBB Report today.

We understand the financial hardship that many of our customers experienced due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, therefore offering installment plans to our customers with past due balances, splitting that balance over 12 months. This means your past due balance that has been split over the next 12 months is added to the current charges of your services each month. If paid late you will still receive late payments and can be subjected to disconnection due to non-payment.
If you entered into an installment plan prior to your bill being generated, you'll see a credit balance in My Account. This isn’t an actual credit on your account; it's displayed automatically because of the timing difference between your installment plan activation and your monthly billing cycle. Just pay the amount on your most recent statement by the due date indicated, and your next month's bill will be accurate, incorporating your installment plan.
As long as you complete your repayment plan and stay current with your regular monthly charges, your service will remain active.
A few ways your plan could be cancelled, resulting in service interruptions:
I am here to assist you with reviewing your account balance with you. I understand this can make your billing a bit confusing. I see that you have already sent a DM and I've responded! Please review & respond at your earliest convenience. Thanks!

I am seriously disappointed in xFinity. I entered an installment plan to pay my past due and made the $50 payment. Everyday they continued to disconnect my service and I had to call and get it reactivated. This went on for almost a whole week, and I was getting reassured it would stop. Then on a Saturday morning they turned it off and told me the installment plan no longer exist, it was discontinued. So I had to make a payment to get my cable back on. Shouldn’t xFinity had honored this payment plan? Also, if it has been discontinued in Maryland or anywhere else they should really update their website.

I am having the same issue now. I have made a payment every month, they now say I owe $419 dollars because I am two months behind, that's crazy. I entered a payment plan in October, I had to pay $50, then my services were shut off even though my account said "we are working on your payment plan". November was another $50 because the said I was supposed to pay more in October, ridiculous. I paid $158 in December, $150 in January, with a different card which seems to confuse them. I paid $150 in January, $134 in February, and $134 on March 5th. I called on March 10th and spoke to a very nice representative, who finally removed the Xfinity Voice part of my bill, I've been trying to have that removed for 8 months because I do not have a landline. She then gave me discounts so my bill for only internet will be $84 a month which is the best I have had since the introductory price of $30 a month for 12 months. I'm tired of being taken advantage of by Xfinity, I too am reporting them to the BBB, and considering getting an attorney, possibly for a class action lawsuit, would anyone like to be added just respond to this Post.
