Enrolled in ACP with another company

I got an email stating that my acp credit is being discontinued. It states that only one acp credit per household. I don't have internet through anybody else nor have I applied for it through another company. Xfinity said to reapply and I did. The national verifier said that I am eligible. Got another email back saying that a transfer of acp benefits can only happen once per month try back again later. What is going on? Weird problems like this is what made me leave xfinity in the first place years ago.

Any help or someone who had found a solution please let me know.

I know money is super tight for me right now so I definitely want to make sure you're getting every discount you're eligible for! The ACP is a government program and eligibility is determined by the government, not Xfinity. Do you happen to have a mobile service account that the credit is being applied to?

I have been trying to apply for the acp program with xfinity. I have a national verifier id number. When i enter it online it tells me it cannot be found even though i check the verifier everyday and the id still is good. I tried entering that i don't have an id number and it goes through and says to allow 3-5 days but nothing happens, no response or anything from xfinity. I need help Please!
