Greetings, @swabee! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this email. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
If you had a payment scheduled for today, and that payment failed to go through for some reason, you may have received a notice that your payment method needs to be updated. Regardless, I would strongly advise against clicking on any email link asking you to update your personal or financial details. The best course of action will always be logging in to your account directly through the Xfinity app on your mobile device, or by clicking on the "Manage My Account" link at the bottom of this page (https://customer.xfinity.com/#/).
If you do have reason to believe this email is not legitimate, you can always copy the full message headers from the spam message, then paste the header and message into an email and send it to abuse@comcast.net.
