Email titled "Important update on your Comcast Business Mobile service"

I have had the simple home owner's Xfinity Mobile for a few years and it has been working fine.

This morning I received an email from "noreply@alerts.comcast.net" with the subject "Important update on your Comcast Business Mobile service" stating "We've upgraded your Comcast Mobile plan." The problem is I don't have any of Comcast (Xfinity) business services. I logged into my account and verified that I still have both the Internet and Xfinity Mobile.

Why am I getting such an email when I'm not a Comcast Business customer? I checked the bottom of the email to see if this is an advertising email, but it specifically states "This is a service-related email."

The email was sent to my non-Comcast email, which is where you usually send my billing emails.

I'd be happy to take a closer look into the email you received. When you get a moment please send a Direct Message with your name, the service address, and the email address you received the email to. I look forward to working with you today! 
 
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Message" icon Click the "New message" (pen and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it

Hello user_30dhvx thank you so much for reaching out here via our Xfinity Forums regarding this email communication from Comcast Business!  On April 10th, a communication solely intended for Comcast Business Mobile users was deployed instead to all Xfinity Mobile and NOW Mobile users. No changes were made to your services and the email requires no action.  We do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience.
