Are Bills  going paperless starting September 1st (?) According to my  June bill statement  notice that   they will send email instructions if we don't want paperless , keep mailings  .

July statement mentions they sent out an email. I haven't received an email about changes .

Thank you

Gotcha, thank you for providing that explanation. In some areas, on September 1st, customers who have automatic payments set up and have a verified email address on file will transition into Paperless billing. This is to help benefit customers by receiving notifications when the bill is ready to review as well as when their payment due date is approaching. It will also reduce clutter, save stamps and helps the environment.

Notifications about this transition will go out via email and current billing statements. Through email customers will have the option to opt out of this transition or they can also go into MyAccount and turn off the Paperless option.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Forums. I understand you would no longer like paperless billing but would like to receive your bill through traditional mail option. You can turn off Paperless billing through the MyAccount app an MyAccount online. You can find step by step instructions here. Please let me know if you have additional questions or experience any issues.

Thanks for the information. I already receive it in the mail . my question is my Bill statement said starting September 1st everybody's going automatically to paperless.   I just want to make sure mine doesn't change automatically.

I just never received an email did they send them out informing customers about the new change September 1st
