Email bill reminder

I have not received an email reminding me to pay the AUgust bill.

I am sorry you did not get a reminder email. Have you checked your spam folder? Have you set up text alerts https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-text-alerts ? I would also recommend checking your Xfinity App where you can see your billing statements. To add autopay you can do so by following this link: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/setting-up-auto-payments.
