Email asking for banking information

I received an email from notifications at xfinityrefunds .com 

very fishy email first off. Then in order to claim a refund I have to enter my card information? Who would do that, to that email address? Surely this isn’t a legit email. If I’m due a refund why wouldn’t you just credit it back to my account?
