Email about account info update
My wife received a email this morning stating that we needed to update our payment method to avoid service interruption, due to outdated payment details or issues with your bank or credit card.
Our last payment has cleared, next one not due for about 10 days, and our payment method is good. It's the second time in the last 3-4 months I've had to deal with this. We assume this is a SCAM, but who can we check with at Xfinity to confirm this?
