Electronic Bill Pay from my bank
I'm signed up for electronic billing, and I'm a Comcast internet-only customer. I have been for decades because you're the only monopoly in town.
All my other 'vendors' (Retail, Insurance, Financial, Utilities) participate in normal e-bill connection through my financial institution so that I "receive" statements at my bank. I login to my bank, and pay ALL my bills on time and conveniently with a single interface. I get automatic notices from the 'bill pay' center that $x amount is due on such and such date from biller Z.
Not Comcast. You used to, but it was severely flaky and would invariably fail after some time. The connection between biller and financial institution would need to be setup over and over again. Now, it's not even an option in my bank to 'setup e-bill' for Comcast.
When I search your website for "electronic bill delivery to my bank" the TOP result is "Paperless Billing Terms of Service" (https://www.xfinity.com/ecobilltermsofservice) which is 404 NOT FOUND
Improve your service by making your billing COMPATIBLE and INTEROPERABLE with standard financial industry norms and institutions.

Hi, there. We greatly appreciate your feedback and suggestions. I can understand how that would be an inconvenience. Through Xfinity, you can set up autopay by using an American Express, Discover, Mastercard or Visa credit or debit card or an ACH transfer from a valid savings or checking account with a U.S. bank. You can review our autopay terms and conditions here: https://www.xfinity.com/corporate/customers/policies/autopayagreement
