Eft return charge??

Hello. My next bill is higher and my last bill is higher.  I have auto pay on and received no notifications. I want a refund of 60 dollars. Thank you.

Hello, @user_77mxo5 how are you? Hopefully your day and week are off to a good start. Do you use the Xfinity app, and do you have alerts enabled? You can always use these resources to stay up to speed on your account.

Notifications of price changes are noted on your billing statement a month or two before they happen.  It's a good idea to read those statements every month.

@user_77mxo5, that's in reference to your post indicating you did not receive notifications. Our Xfinity app is a great option to review those details. We can certainly also look into your billing concern, please send a DM with your full name and address to further assist. 

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
