Education Discount Disappeared

I setup my internet service with education discount. For 1000mbs, the price after education discount should be 25 per month. But now my bill is showing 50 per month and I cannot find a solution.

I completely understand your concern — I’d be wondering the same thing in your shoes, and you’ve definitely come to the right place for help! Have you had a chance to check your email or your most recent bill statement for any details that might explain the change? For example, it’s possible that a promotion may have recently expired. Also, I wanted to share a helpful link where you can view the latest student deals available in your area. Student deals

I did not receive any email about promotion expiring. The change is not explained in the bill statement. I setup this account in the xfinity store and this promotion should last for a year.

Any expiring promotions are typically is found on the third page of the bill in green text. If you're not seeing anything similar, we can certainly look over the account to see what may have happened. Please send us a direct message with your full name, name on the account (if different), and service address, and we'll take a look!
