[Edited] customers "free phones"

I was told I qualified for a free phone (Google pixel 6a) and that all I had to pay was shipping. I checked my bill and I'm being charged for the phone. I've been with Comcast for 7years and lost trust! That's not fair the people or the company lies to their customers using false advertisement "qualifying" for free phones!!

I took my brother to the store on 39th st . To get him phone the lady said if he got google 6 no charge for phone and when he wanted to upgrade it would be worth x dollar at so without even looking at other phones he chose the Google and every month I pay a small amt for his phone I also have been with Comcast xfinity for over 10 years they tell u anything and always do another should have to do what they say
