Eco/Auto Billing Discount
Hi, I was promised that there would be a $10 discount applied to my monthly bill if I signed up for paperless billing and automated payments. They said it could take 45 days to apply, which was back in August. It has now been 5 months and I'm wondering, why hasn't my $10 discount started?
