ECHECK/EFT RETURN PAYMENT FEE??
I recently visited one of Xfinity's store locations regarding my bill (which keeps going up)
The agent advised me, one way to save, would be to sign up for "auto pay" through my bank account ($10.00 a month)
Done.
On March 12th, our account was charged a "Returned Payment Fee" in the amount of $25.00.
Everything is entered correctly (bank account number and routing number)
Our bank shows no transaction attempt by Xfinity-
I have made numerous attempts, spoken to numerous agents in billing for assistance in reversing this charge - Even asking to speak with a supervisor or someone with authority to reverse this charge (only to be told, after 20 minutes, that they are too busy right now to take my call)
The amount of time and energy spent on the phone with Xfinity far out weighs the $10.00 I was trying to save - NOT worth the aggravation!
My question is...How can I get this resolved??
(I am happy to provide my March bank statement or any proof required to show that my bank account number/routing number provided are correct as well as our bank statement to show that there were sufficient funds to cover our bill)
