ECHECK/EFT RETURN FEE
Why was I charged $25 for a ECHECK/EFT RETURN FEE? I was never told about this, or explained what it means. I researched it, and it's when a payment comes back as returned a fee is applied to the account, but the thing is that I paid my wifi and my bank even shows i paid and the money went through, i also paid for my router so i dont know what that charge would be? why am i being charged for a extra 25 dollars if my bank shows that the money went through my account, and even the Xfinity app shows I paid for it.
