Echeck/ Etf returned check

I was just charged $79 TWICE in one month for Echeck/ ETF Returned Check. This makes no sense, my normal bill per month is $79 a mo. Yet I was charged that ontop of the fee, how could the fee be the same amount as my bill per month. Also I made 3 payments this month all for $79 each and was still charged 2 Echeck fees on top. Now they cut off my internet because I have paid $156 in fees that I should even be charged???! This is a major rip off. I’ve tried contacting support but ofcourse the chatbot is very limited in the help they can offer. Now I’m missing work because I work from home and Xfinity can’t help me. I’m not staying with a service that can’t help me this is just absurd.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. From what you shared the returned check is when the payment you made is sent back to you either requested by your financial institution or due to insufficient funds. We can certainly look further into this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? Our team can most definitely take a further look at this issue. To send a "Peer to peer" ("Private") message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
