EBB

I have received the EBB discount for months now and got an email stating it would continue ,but my bill showed up full amount. Is there a reason why the discount isn't on there?

To send a direct message you may need to:
Click "Sign In"
Click the "direct message" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it

This is the worst Customer Service experience on the planet. Shame on Comcast, Xfinity for outsourcing their EBB to a country and people whom literally are so stupid and can't speak english. One's on hold for literally hours, they messed up my application 3 times now. I've already been approved back in June!  This is the absolutely disgusting.

Hello @user_2d2d33 I am sorry to hear of the issue that you are having. I know that this process can be frustrating. The approval for the EBB program is no longer available. The new Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a long term solution for our customers. This is the reasoning for having to go through the verification process again. There have been some changes.
