Greetings, @user_3a0f52! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about the Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) Program.
At this time, Comcast is not participating in the device subsidy portion of the Emergency Broadband Benefit program. Our focus for the near-term is to provide broadband connectivity across a range of options and tiers for as many eligible customers as possible.
Our low-cost computer program through Internet Essentials is still available to new Internet Essentials customers, but at this time we are not participating in the device subsidy program associated with Emergency Broadband Benefit program.
