EBB Application Approved But but will not work through Comcast's end?

I've been approved for the EBB program but for some reason it's telling me that because I'm an existing customer I'm now not eligible? I need help please!

@MrKnightmare, did you get a notification that you are not eligible for the EBB credit or for Internet Essentials? We do recommend that you reach out to the Internet Essentials/EBB team at 1-855-846-8376. Thank you!
