Early Termination
I disconnected Xfinity on may18, and went to the store and handed over everything and asked that will I be charged anything as I terminated early and I don’t have Xfinity services at my new place, they told that nothing will be charged as Xfinity doesn’t have services. The same was confirmed from almost 6-7 chat agents, and told it will waived off.

My account is new to Xfinity but our family is not new to Xfinity. But now it’s time to tell everyone that please don’t go with Xfinity. You will be fooled by chat agents and also supervisors. One supervisor even offered saying you will be credited 100$ or else I can escalate it higher ,
