Early termination fees

After being a customer of xfinity internet for 7-8 yrs I had to cancel my service due to continuous 3days of internet issues .now I am receiving a bill with early termination fees.

Hello, @user_a503a7. I'm sorry to hear about you cancelling your account. I wish I would've had the opportunity to look into this internet service issue before you made your decision. The Early Termination Fee is prompted when you cancel your services and there's time left in your term agreement. I would be more than happy to review your account to confirm how much time was left on your contract.
