Early Termination Fees
I contacted customer support to ask about canceling my services. I was told I have 9 months left in my contract and would have a $90 charge for canceling my service. Nothing else.
However, when I inquired again to get pricing on just internet etc., (I know there won't be an ETF if I have at least 1 service in place) I was told if I cancel everything it's $90 PLUS the $165 or so per month, so 90+1485 for a total of $1575(ish).
Which is correct, please?

We understand that the needs of your household may change, and our agreements allow you the flexibility to change and adjust your services during the agreement without worry of termination fees as long as you keep at least 1 line of business active for the term agreement period. If you were to disconnect all services before the end of the term agreement the fee would be $110 or $230 (depending on the term agreement length) reduced by $10 each month. Just as a friendly FYI, this is not a traditional chat platform, and we do assist multiple customers at the same time. So that I can get a correct estimate of the final billing statement what day were you looking into disconnecting?
