Early Termination Fee
I have been charged an early termination fee of $70. I called xfinity about this three times. The first two times I called, I was told that it would be taken off my bill, but it never was. The third time I called I could not get a live person.
I believe the ETF should be taken off my bill because I was paying for wifi for my nephew at his house and my nephew was no longer able to take care of himself and had to go live in a nursing home. These were circumstances beyond my control .
I had been paying for his wifi for many years and I also have an account where I live since 2015. Can I get the ETF taken off my bill?

Good morning @sdhandy62 we would be happy to review the account with you after we complete a quick account verification.
Please send us a DM with your full name and address to Xfinity Support.
To send a direct message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click "Direct Message"
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing, a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it. See the link below for an example
