Early termination fee- no service provided in my area

This is my first year with xfinity not even a year and it’s horrible. I lived the WiFi so I wanted to move services but they don’t provide service in my new area. My husband is active duty military so we were stationed here and got WiFi with xfinity in our apartment while waiting until our house that we bought was finished. I have put in two tickets and they all have either gotten denied or just ignored. I have a $200 balance because they don’t provide service in the area I moved too that’s ridiculous. I’m honestly over this company all together.
