Early Termination fee for changing service.

I was looking at changing from TV, Phone and Internet to just Internet.  I just checked my statement and my current discount package expires on 11/2/2023.  I was wondering what my early termination fee would be if I changed my service now.  Thanks.

Hi @user_95259b Thanks for coming to our community for help! This is a great question. The early termination fee only applies if you disconnect your entire account. This is for residential services such as internet, cable and home phone service. You're also free to change your services while in a contract. I'm happy to check our current promotions for you!
