Early termination fee and keep charging me afterward
I have canceled the service In April, the agent told me that he will waive the fee for me cause I moved to a place do not have XFINITY SERVICE.
However, they still charged me on that fee. Which I can understand and I am ok with that.
But afterward, they still charged me on the following month May and June. Every month I have chatted with the customer service on this matter.
They told me that they have solved the problem. But my credit card bill told me the truth, they still charged me and no refund has been done.
I do not know when they gonna stop charging me, the customer service told me that they gonna help.
Really do not know how I can solve the problem?
