Early Charge/Xfinity lying about refund

In the beginning of August, I ordered an XfinityNOW plan. 2 days later the shipping info for the router still hadn't come. I contacted an agent 3 times and they kept assuring me it would come within 24 hours. It did not. I went a week without wifi and I am a student, I NEEDED it. Then when I explained this, an agent assured me I'd be issued a refund for the amount of time that I paid for the service without being able to have wifi. They said i would get a confirmation email. I got nothing. I contacted support 4 more times and they all gave me the same lie that i'd get an email about a refund. I got NOTHING. Then, in October, we decided to change wifi plans since our wifi kind of sucked. We did not turn autopay off because it said it would end our services, but it said on the app that october 6th was the renewal. We are students so we can't not have wifi in the house, so we needed to cancel the NOW plan at the same time that we installed the new plan. So we planned to change our routers out on October 5 and cancel the NOW service on October 5. XFINITY CHARGED MY CARD ON OCTOBER 5, EVEN THOUGH IT SAID EVERYWHERE IT WOULD BE CHARGED OCTOBER 6. This is unacceptable. Xfinity owes me so much money and I can't even ask in person (they said they couldn't help me when I went), and when I called customer support it literally ended the call when I said I didn't want to talk to the "assistant" I wanted to speak to a real agent on the phone. I tried calling TWICE and xfinity literally just hung up on me.

Going a week without service after placing an order, especially as a student relying on internet access, would be incredibly frustrating. I can understand why you're upset if you were expecting follow-up emails regarding a refund and never received them @user_440ig6.
