Early Cancellation Fee removal processing time question
Hello!
I was told I would have an early cancellation fee removed from my account because I had been a customer for 7+ years etc. Happy with Comcast service we just had to move!
However I was told it would take 24-48 hours by the chat agent, and it has now been 2 weeks....
I just wanted to check on the status of this before the fee was unpaid for too long and it was sent to collections or something. Let me know if I can provide any additional information, thank you for your time!

As for the early cancellation fees you mentioned, I'd be happy to review those further and make sure everything is lining up on the former account the way it should! Please send us a direct chat message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the full service address associated with your account to “Xfinity Support”.
