I am trying to delete the Upgrade DVR in the recording section of the TV DVR and it will not let me do this. I do not want to upgrade that this is confusing to my 98 yr old mother in law that is partially blind. How do stop this notice?

Unfortunately, we do not currently have the option to delete that notification but are happy to forward the feedback. I have seen a few other customer complaints about this as well so I'm hoping we'll be able to have the option to remove that notice soon as we continue to receive the feedback. Please let us know if there is anything else our team can do to assist you.
