Duplicate Payment

A duplicate payment has been made to my account. I’ve spoken with several “Xfinity Reps” who refuse to provide a refund although I’m legally entitled to have said money returned. I’m asking that this matter is escalated and my funds are returned as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will be taking legal action. I was lied to and misled several times.
