Duplicate charges
Hello. I have been receiving duplicate charges for the same service but billed to two different charges. These charges went on for a full year and the manager at the Xfinity store found them when I closed my account. I have spent well over 15 hours on the phone with Xfinity customer service and each time I have to explain my situation and even have to explain it multiple times per call because I’m transferred around to different representatives each time I call. Not only was I charged $90+ twice each month for the same service for a full year, I KEEP receiving those charges even though I cancelled my service in August (today is October 15). Once I called and received a refund for the accidental charge, but I called back for another month and didn’t receive a refund to either issue even though they promised me I would receive a solution to this on going issue. This is my last ditch effort before I submit a claim to the Better Business Bureau and start to take legal action. I’m happy to amplify this story on social media as well.
