Due date change

I keep saying that I cannot pay my bill on the eighth of each month and yet I reached out to customer service and they told me that my due date has been changed three times but it has not it still showing the eighth of each month and I keep explaining that I cannot pay that I really need it to be changed this month. I have a lot of bills. I’m tired of the lies and I honestly feel like switching services because of these lies. I’ve even changed it myself. I even have proof that I’ve changed it myself and yet it still goes back to the eighth of each month. I’m not understanding what’s going on here but I need it changed immediately Since the eighth is right around the corner. here is proof that I have changed it to the 25th and before then I’ve changed it to the 20th which they confirmed that it was changed, but that was a lie once again. <Image Removed: Personal Information>

Hi there, @Moukylove! Thank you for reaching out about your due date. From what you have shared, you are entering into payment arrangements which prevent your service from being interrupted and extends the due date for a past due balance. Changing your due date is a self-service option.

This link shows how to change your due date. To be eligible to move your bill’s due date, you must have completed at least one billing cycle, and your bill must not be past due. Once you change your bill’s due date, you need to keep that billing date for at least six months. Your next bill may come sooner or later than normal. This is a "transition" bill and may be higher or lower than a normal bill.

Please also note that sending unsolicited private messages to myself or any other user is a direct violation of our forum guidelines. You must first create a Public post requesting assistance, and once a Comcast verified employee responds and asks for a private message to be sent, you can then proceed with doing so. Please keep that in mind for the future.

I’ve already changed my due date twice and it keeps going back to the eighth and customer service is no help. I’ve already told them that I cannot continue to pay on the eighth. It’s too close to my other bills and yet it’s still saying that my bill is due on the eighth even though I changed it like two months ago And I just changed it again yesterday.

Thank you, another thing to keep in mind is your new due date takes effect on the second bill after your request is completed.

We can take a look at your specific account and make sure that you meet all the requirements. You can send your full name and service address via direct message please.
