Drained my payment bank account

Beware Xfinity. Avoid at all cost lest you are cost your payment bank account. Find another provider. Scroll for full post.
Warning to NOT enter/register your bank account information for payment. Xfinity will raid and drain it with unauthorized and double/triple billing "payments".
They admittedly left my account in the negative without any needed and scheduled funds for meds and utilities. Have spent days  on moronic and useless documented texts and calls with unfulfilled "assurances", lies, backpedaling, maddening repetitive bot texts, and the same scripted and parroted answers from a dozen "reps". Uploaded required proof of the payment upon demand to their mysterious "finance/back office teams" with the promise of refund within 24 hours. It's been days and my account is still drained AND the last rep I spoke with today told me now it's a 10 DAY wait for compensation. 
In my book this is nothing short of robbery cleverly masked behind their online weapons.
