Downgrading my plan to lower my bill

Over time, my contract has accumulated services that I don't need, but for which I pay a very high monthly fee. Another promotion has now expired, which raised my monthly fee by $50. I would gladly give up the xFi Complete service and replace it with regular xFi. All in all my connection is too fast for my use. What options do I have to cut back on services and lower my monthly fee?
