Downgrade to INTERNET only.

I would like to switch to an internet only plan, but there don't seem to be any available. I am ready to cancel my entire service since my bill just went up $25!! $243/mo is outrageous. I can live without this service.  Can anyone from Xfinity help me do this, or is my only option to cancel everything?
