Downgrade to 2025 5-Year Price Guarantee (Internet-Only)

I want to cancel my TV service and move to the 2025 5 year price guarantee 300 Mbps Internet-Only plan.

I am using my own retail modem (COE) so I do not need a technician or a shipping kit.  I have a Ticket ID from a ridiculous chat session and want to finalize in writing.  Please invite me to a DM to provide my account details.
