Downgrade home phone/internet/cable to Internet Only

I'm looking to get some assistance with updating my current plan to internet only. As it seems, it is impossible to do online on my change plans page. further more, I do not have an option on this page or any other page to "go to the top right corner and click the pencil to chat" with anyone. I also tried calling, sat on hold for 20 minutes, and finally the chat bot claims support is closed for a holiday.... Its Groundhog day folks. I just want to get my plan updated as I do not have any need for cable or phone. I just want internet.

 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message icon” (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the To line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
