Double payment, over drafted my bank

I definitely know how important it is to sort out balance and payment issues, and I want you to know that you've come to the right place! Our team is the best at reviewing and resolving concerns like these. It's our pleasure to help :) I'll let you know up front that if there is not a negative (credit) balance, the account will likely be ineligible for a refund (for example, if your balance was at least the amount of those two payments combined, we would not be able to refund money owed). However, if the second payment put the account into a credit balance, we might be able to submit a ticket for your refund request!

I've already submitted a ticket for a duplicate payment. No one told me that I had to cancel my payment arrangement if I decided to pay it early. I'm still VERY upset at the shady practices of this company. Also plan on disputing that 2nd payment with my bank, if my refund request is refused

The payment arrangements are a joke. They force you into them and then they lie to you to tell you that you can set up a partial payment plan. All these people do [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

@user_849wuz​ I was told by an Xfinity rep that "I am responsible for canceling payment arrangement if I decide to pay early". Well, I was never told that when I setup the arrangement. Xfinity is basically putting all the blame on me, the customer, and won't even reverse the charge on their end.
