Double payment glitch

Had a payment scheduled but ended up paying the day before and cancelling the payment. I contacted support to confirm the payment was cancelled and of course I was transferred and hung up on but multiple people confirmed it. Of course payment was taken the next morning. I then contacted back and spoke with multiple supervisors who all advised the payment was taken due to a “system glitch” finally got someone who said they were going to be refunding within two hours. Of course I had to call back the next day and this supervisor said they had to submit another ticket and u would get refunded in 3 days. 3 days later I get an email saying refund has been approved now wait 7-10 days. I finally get the refund and it is not even half of what I paid and have no idea how they came up with that amount and now am getting told I have to wait 15 days before requesting another refund. I am so tired of dealing with people who will just tell anything and everything with all the confidence in the world just to get you off the phone. I need this money refunded back to me asap
