Double Netflix billing

I noticed I have been getting double billed for Netflix

biscuit908 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. Normally, if you're seeing a double charge, it means that you are being billed for your Netflix through us, and you have a completely separate subscription. Are the charges the same amount? We most likely will need to bring you into a Direct Message. Here are instructions on how to send a DM in case you need them:

 Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message" icon (upper right corner of this page)
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send your message
