Double charging for over 1 year
I originally had xfinity $50 per month service. My apartment then offered community internet for $60 a few months later, so I kept my original account. Then, they changed the price from $50 to $111, so I enrolled in my apartments community. My apartment has been charging me, and I just found out, so has xfinity for the past YEAR! I also noticed over the past few months they have been negative charging my account. They currently overcharged me by about $1,500. I tried to get a refund, they offered me $40. I reached out to multiple departments who keep giving me the run around. Can someone please help me point in the right direction so I can get this cleared up and my money back?
