Double charged
I paid my bill on Thursday, it processed on Thursday and now I'm waking up on Sunday to another charge by xfinity to my account. A quick Google search shows this happens all too often so we definitely will be looking for other options and quite frankly this company needs to be reported for fraud and theft. This is ridiculous and with prices the way they are with everything else, just to be taking folks money like that is extremely unprofessional. This company literally took every last of my money and caused an overdraft to my bank account AFTER my payment for the month had already processed! Now another bill has to be late causing a late fee with that company. Xfinity better fix this problem asap.

I have spoken to 3 customer service representatives that all 3 have told me that I can either can stop payment through my bank which costs $35 to do or I can wait for a refund that is going to have my bank put an overdraft fee of $35 on my account. Inflation and gas prices so high out here and this company thinks it is ok to steal unauthorized payments from their customers. If you have had similar issues please leave a message. I need all the evidence that this is an ongoing problem with xfinity.

This has happened to me several times. Its a guarantee that if I pay how much I am supposed to at the first of every month, by the end of the year I will have 100-500 in anonymous bills that nobody can explain. I'm working on gathering evidence at this point.
