double charged at Xfinity Jackson Michigan store

On August 10 I paid $59 to pay my phone off. Today I checked my bank statement and it showed $59 was taken out twice.

Hello @DTOFROMSD, yikes, double charges are never fun to deal with. I'd be reaching out to get that squared away, so I get it. Just to make sure we're on the same page, this was for your Xfinity Mobile phone/bill?

@DTOFROMSD, Gotcha, due to account security, our options with Xfinity Mobile accounts are very limited. We're unable to perform any device or account specific requests over this platform. Have you tried calling or texting 888-936-4968, or reached out to our secure online chat? We have our dedicated mobile team there to help you 24/7, and they'll have all the tools to investigate this double payment concern.

Were payments toward your phone coming out on autopay?  If so, and you made a separate payment, that's probably why you were "double charged".
