Double Billing and nobody will help

Hi. I am hoping you can help. I am being charged almost double the Broadcast Fees and Regional Sports Fees that i was quoted when I switched over in July and are shown on the Service and Pricing Sheet for my city (Baltimore). the phone rep tells me that they are generated by the computer and nobody can do anything.

So both my July agreement and the rate sheet quote Broadcast fee of $21.70 and regional sports fee of $12.35 for a total of $34.05 monthly.
My Bill shows recurring charges of a Broadcast fee of $41.30 and a regional sports fee of $23.50 for a total of $64.80 monthly.
The phone rep (April) keeps explaining the purpose of the fess (I understand the purpose) and that the computer generates the bill and cannot be wrong. Apparently Skynet runs Xfinity. I went to twitter for Xfinity support and here was their response: "Yes, you're correct, James. It doubles, since you transfer to a new place. However, I can see here that you will not get a double charge again for your next monthly billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot adjust your bill or credit, since the bill is system-generated and accurate." -- Apparently all of Xfinity bows to the AI overlord running the show?
The problem is I never moved. I just added TV to my existing internet in July. Presumably whatever Broadcast and Regional sports fees for the July to August period are covered in the $55 partial charges added to my Aug to Sep bill. The updated charges are for Aug to Sep and show as recurring. These double charges bring my bill to $214 (instead of the $184 it should be). When you look at the Sep to Oct bill it is showing as the same $214. So again, it doesn't appear to be a "one-time" issue. I am being charged that recurring double charge for multiple months and I never moved, I just added a new service.

@XfinityDena Hi Dena - I am not even remotely confused, just irritated. I understand the purpose of those fees, just not why I am being charged double the July quote from when I added TV to my internet. It is also double the price on your Service and Price sheet for Baltimore (effective 11 July 2023). No confusion at all. But I will try this approach.

For those reading, the issue was resolved. According to @XfinityDena the $55 partial didn't include the Broadcast and Sports fees from the July bill (hence the double charge for this month). However, even though my bill says the recurring bill for Sept moving forward will include this double charge, she verified that my Sept bill will reflect the price I signed up for with the appropriate charges on the Broadcast and Sports fees.

Comast is a bunch of con artists. 40.00 a month for sports. And 30 years I’ve never watched sporting event on Comcast or anywhere. Once a month for at least two hours I am on the phone with them over faulty equipment overbilling. I can’t wait for Verizon to come to Bridgewater.
