Double billed (Unlimited Data)

Hi,

 

On my most recent bill I was charged $30 for unlimited data (took me over 2 months to get this setup via the forums but that is beside the point). I also have a charge of $60 for additional usage. I need someone to contact me about a refund and an overview of my account.

It looks to me to be a fake number.  Besides, the offer sounds fake to me.

Unlimited Data is billed from the first of the month to the last of the month.  Most likely your overage charges were billed before the start of your Unlimited Data plan.

Quite possible that this is what occurred. But when Xfinity's solution is to buy a $30 package that won't let you check out and it takes them 2 months in a backwards system (posting on a forum or waiting days for private message confirmations) to get it added successfully, they shouldn't be billing for that time period is good faith.
